We want to let you know about the best real estate agent we have ever come across.  Ed Koenig was absolutely amazing.

When we went looking for a real estate agent, we knew we wanted to work with someone who was competent, positive and engaged.  After meeting with several very reputable and qualified agents, Ed’s professionalism, positive energy and objective approach made him a natural choice.

My wife and I are quite demanding and were also stressed because we had already bought a place in Guelph before we put our condo on the market.  Covid-19 did not make the situation any easier.

Ed was empathic, supportive, balanced, and knowledgeable.  When we made unreasonable demands, he assisted us in our wishes and gently redirected us.

More important, he sold our condo in essentially one day at full asking price.  On closing, he has assisted us with the transition from a condo to a house.  He helped with the legal aspects of the deal and is aiding and directing us on all the important things that have to occur for the move to be as smooth as possible.
